Tuesday
Flu Vaccinations take place for children in F2 to Y6 (except those who have declined).
Thursday
Remembrance Day – the children and staff will be in church for Remembrance from 10.30am. Please come along and join us, we will be holding the minute’s silence at 11.00am.
Sturton Striders 3.30-4.15pm. Children should be collected from the front door as normal. Signing up closes tomorrow – please click here to sign up.
Friday
Merits at 9.00am
As you know, PE this term comprises of gymnastic/apparatus and games (2x sessions a week). When using apparatus children must wear shorts and not leggings or joggers. The games sessions are inside or outside (depending on the weather) and shorts or joggers/leggings can be worn.
Foundation – Tuesday games. Thursday gymnastics/apparatus – (shorts are required). Children should come to school in PE kits as normal with either shorts underneath or a pair to change into.
Class 1 – Tuesday gymnastics/apparatus (shorts required). ALL children should come to school in PE kits either with shorts under joggers or with a pair to change into, they will keep PE kits on all day. Thursday games – ALL children come to school in PE kits and stay in it all day.
Class 2 – Wednesday games – bring kits to change into as normal. Thursday gymnastics/apparatus (shorts required) – come to school in PE kits with shorts under joggers or a pair to change into, along with uniform for changing into after the lesson.
Class 3 – Thursday gymnastics/apparatus (shorts required). Friday games.
Please remember that joggers/leggings should be plain black or navy blue and not patterned or showing large logos.
Please make sure that photo and Christmas card orders are returned by Monday 8th November.
If you are having or attending a bonfire or fireworks event, have an enjoyable but safe time. Also, have a safe and peaceful weekend.
