Good afternoon,

Just a few updates and reminders for your information:

Thank you for the ticket requests, the tickets have been allocated and if we could not match your request, we have been in touch. There is a capacity limit of 120 and that has been reached in one of the performances. The tickets will be sent out to you next week. Tickets will be collected on the door for each performance, therefore ensuring that there are enough seats for everyone who attends – please ensure you have them with you.

We have some costumes available in school, thank you for the ones handed in during the ‘costume amnesty’, let us know if you would like one. Can costumes be ready and in school by Friday 3^rd December.

The performances begin at 2.00pm and 6.00pm and doors will open 15 minutes beforehand – please queue up in the car park. Those children in Foundation who are part time, will need to either be in school from 1.00pm on 8^th December or stay all day, please let Miss Newboult know.

There will be raffle tickets to purchase at the performances with 2x prizes available. Each prize is worth approx. £50, so definitely worth winning, this will be drawn at the final performance on 9^th December.

On Tuesday 7^th December, Mr. Rogers will be absent from school and there is no relief chef available. All children will need to bring a packed lunch on that day.

There will be some slight menu changes on wc 6th December because of Christmas lunch, details will be in the weekly update.

There is no AfterSchool Care on Thursday 16^th December.

I will be sending out regular weekly updates as well, making sure that everyone is fully informed.
