A little earlier this week, but here is the update for the final week of half term.

The Platinum Jubilee Celebration

Children should come dressed ‘as though they are to meet the Queen. Food request slips are being sent out 19^th/20^th May.

There is a PTFA competition to design, make and wear a Jubilee Crown – prizes for each class winners.

In the morning we will be holding a Talent Show for the children and staff to watch, much rehearsal is being had!

There will be no school lunches, the ‘street party style’ picnic will commence at 12.30pm.

Parents are invited to attend from 2.30pm when the traditional games will be being played as well as the judging of the Great Sturton Bake Off.

There will be some tug of war competition to end the afternoon and parents are welcome to take children home, there is no need to wait until 3.30pm.

We return to school on TUESDAY 7^th JUNE.

I know some families are travelling for holidays over half term, stay safe and enjoy your time away as a family.
