I hope you are all well and have enjoyed the summer. Myself and the staff are looking forward to welcoming the children back to school on Tuesday. Over the holidays new carpets have been fitted in the entrance area and Class 1, they have made a big improvement.

The Menu for the week is Week 2.

There will be no clubs this week, they will begin soon and details will be sent out.

There will be no PE on Tuesday (first day), but it will be on Wednesday and onwards as normal. PE days are:

Foundation        Tuesday & Wednesday (children should be in PE kit all day)

Class 1                  Wednesday & Friday (Year 1 children should be in PE kit all day – Year 2 will change for PE)

Class 2                  Monday & Wednesday

Class 3                  Wednesday & Thursday

Merits will be on Friday at 9.00am.

Please make bookings for wraparound care to office@sturton.notts.sch.uk by 3.30pm on Monday.

Diary dates will be confirmed and sent out this week (website calendar will also show these).

CLASS 3 PARENTS: Looking ahead……there will be a Parent Meeting for those children going on residential to Kingswood on Monday 11^th September at 6.00pm in the school hall. This will outline the details of the trip and arrangements. The information booklet is attached for you to start preparing/packing!
