Good afternoon,

I know this is a day early, but lots of reminders and information to share.

Tomorrow the children in Y2-Y6 will be bringing their camp equipment to school, this should be taken straight to the hall. The kit list is attached again for information. Please remember to add a bowl and cutlery. For sleeping, warm pyjamas should be worn, it does get a little chilly.

All meals/snack and drinks are provided throughout the camp. Collection will be from around 3.20pm on Friday afternoon.

There will be no EarlyBirds or Merits on Friday morning.

Lunch menu for next week is Week 3.

Monday

PTFA Leavers Disco at 6.00 – 7.15pm. Cost is £3.50 per child and includes pizza, drink and an ice pop. There are no sweets to buy. Please pay by Monday morning so that we can confirm numbers (cash only).

Tuesday

Sports Afternoon – please see the attached letter with all details included. NO AFTERSCHOOL

Wednesday

The children will spend the morning in their new class groups. Children will go to normal classes for registration.

There is no PE for Foundation or Class 1. PE will be as normal in the afternoon for Classes 2 & 3.

Sports Club is on with Coach Zak.

Thursday

Gallery & Celebration Evening from 6.00pm. Come and look at the art and design technology that the children have produced this year. There will be items that all the children have made in the last week of term that will be for sale. These items will cost between £1.50 and £4 and will be being sold by the SAS. (Some children are concerned someone might buy theirs, please only buy your own child’s!)

The Celebration Event will start at 6.30pm. IMPORTANT – there is also a Car Night on so parking around school will be much busier than

normal – please use the village hall if you do need to find parking – otherwise you may be quite a way down Low Holland Lane! Awards

are presented from F2 upwards but F1 are still welcome to attend. The children need to be in school uniform and will sit together at the

front of the hall. NO AFTERSCHOOL

Friday

The Leaver’s Service takes place in Church at 2.00pm. Everyone is welcome. There will be reserved pews in the centre of Church for family members of the Y6 Leavers.

We break up at the end of the service.

We return to school on Tuesday 3^rd September.
