Tomorrow morning in Merits, the SAS will be introducing the ‘Say Hello To Yellow’ day which takes place on Thursday as part of World Mental Health Day.

The lunch menu for next week is Week 2. Thank you for the menu returns, please could these be back by Monday 7^th October (Paper copies are available from the office).

Please make bookings for Wraparound Care to office@sturton.notts.sch.uk by 3.30pm tomorrow (Friday).

Tuesday

Games Club with Miss Rowbottom – if you signed up, your child is in. The club is now full.

Wednesday

• Class 3 need their DART books in school. They should have completed the short home task on Page 35 Lesson 4 – it should only take a few minutes, but it does feed into the next lesson.
• Sports Club with Coach Zak
• Makaton with Miss Newboult

Thursday

• Say Hello To Yellow Day - Our new SAS members would like to raise money for the YoungMinds charity and therefore would like to hold a 'Say Hello to Yellow' day on Thursday 10th October which is World Mental Health Day. This will involve the children coming in Non-Uniform and wearing something yellow- this can just be a hint of yellow if needed. Please do not rush out to buy new clothes or a yellow costume. We are asking for a donation of £2 should your child wish to participate.

Friday

Merits from 9.00am. Reverend Mark will be joining us too.

Could I please ask that at the end of the day children do not run around the staff cars or go onto the grass banking off the carpark it is steep, muddy and there is a potential of slipping and falling, thank you.
