Good afternoon, Clubs for the week: Monday Football Y4,5,6 Tuesday Choir (lunchtime) Pupil Voice Committee Thursday Hi 5 (lunchtime) Friday Sturton Striders Fitness Guitar and trumpet are on Tuesday. Violin is on Wednesday. Attendance figures for last week were: Foundation 92.7% Class 1 95.8% Class 2 96.8% Class 3 98.9% From this term the figures have changed for persistent absentees. The figure is now 90% (up from 85%), below that and the Local Authority may investigate. Please help us to improve our at attendance figures. On Thursday the children in Classes 2 & 3 will be taking part in an Indian Experience with Sunita Patel. Each class will spend half a day with Sunita learning about life in India and the Hindu religion. The classes will have PE as normal on Thursday too. Dates for the diary: Harvest Festival – Friday 2nd October 9.15am in Church. Donations are for the Bassetlaw Food Bank (please see poster in the school entrance).
