KS2 Residential Trip 5th to 7th October I hope the children are looking forward to their residential trip next week, I know the staff are. Here are just a few details/reminders about the week: • Please arrive at school on Monday dressed for the outdoor activities, they start straight after lunch. Water proof coat and strong footwear should be worn. • We depart school at 10.15am, parents wishing to wave us off are most welcome to return • PACKED LUNCH IS NOT REQUIRED – the children will have a hot meal on arrival • Please remember a black bin bag for wet/dirty clothes • Medication should be brought is a sealed bag, clearly named with the dosage instructions included – these should be handed to Mr. Elliott on Monday morning. • Children should be responsible for their own inhalers • Teddy bears are very useful, remember to pack one • The emergency contact number for Peak Venture is 01226 762285 • The weather forecast is showing some rain during our visit • We return for approx. 2.30pm on Wednesday, parents are welcome to collect from that time • Any issues over the weekend, please email head@sturton.notts.sch.uk
