Good afternoon, Menu Cycle 1 Clubs for the week: Tuesday Choir Wednesday Football F2, Y1 & 2 Art Club Thursday Martial Arts Pupil Voice Committee Friday No Sturton Striders On Monday the children in KS1 & 2 will be having separate assemblies from the NSPCC. Please see the attached letter from the NSPCC. Monday and Tuesday is Open Evening, the children should have their appointment times in their book bags. Can all parents please enter through the front door. The books for Class 1 & Foundation will be in the school entrance. The books for Classes 2 & 3 will be in the corridor outside their rooms. Please wait to be called by the class teachers. Mrs. Ledsham will be seeing parents in the new library (old Class 2). Guitar is as normal on Tuesday. Flu immunisations are on Tuesday morning. On Thursday the children in Class 1 will be at the Elizabethan Academy for Multiskills. They will be travelling by coach and will be accompanied by Mrs. Tookey and Mr. Williams. They will be back in time for lunch. On Friday we have Team Rubicon skateboard and scooter demos and training. All children will be taking part. Children should be in non-uniform, I suggest jeans/joggers, trainers and a comfortable top and coat. They will be outside and if it is raining, will be under the large canopy. THERE WILL BE NO MERITS. On Friday afternoon, Class 1 will be going to Tuxford for their dance performance rehearsal. They are travelling by coach and will be accompanied by Miss Davies and Mrs. Downing. PE kits will be worn. There is a PTFA meeting at 2.45pm in the Learning Room on Friday. We break up for half term on Friday and return to school on Monday 30th October. Have a good weekend.
