Good afternoon, Menu Cycle 1 Good luck to the Y6 children in their SATs this week. Remember Y6 can arrive from 8.00am (go to the front door) and breakfast will be served in the classroom. Clubs for the week: Tuesday Choir Wednesday Art Club F2 & KS1 Football Thursday Pupil Voice Martial Arts Friday Striders Tuesday There are no guitar lessons this week. Sturton’s Little Starters is on at 1.30pm. Football match semi-final at Gringley – squad have been informed. Thursday Class 2 trip to Grimm & Co – please be at school by 8.20pm for an 8.30pm departure. The library van will be at school. Friday There will be no Merits. Swimming reverts back to Y2, 3 & 4. On Friday we will be having a ‘Royal Wedding Brunch’ to celebrate the marriage of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. This is a non-uniform day when children can come dressed in something red, white and blue (FOOTBALL KITS SHOULD NOT BE WORN). We are also asking for donations of pastries, tray bakes, muffins from parents please. Can these be in school by THURSDAY so that we can ensure we have enough for Friday. The children and staff will gather together and find out a bit more about the royal wedding. Thank you in anticipation for your support.
