Payment and reply slips are still required from a number of children, please return them on Monday.
Please make bookings for EarlyBirds and Afterschool to the school office. THERE IS NO AFTERSCHOOL CLUB ON WEDNESDAY.
Monday
The Foundation children are visiting the home of Lynn & Nigel on Monday morning for a Gruffalo Hunt. All parents have been made aware by Mrs. Ledsham. The children will be transported by school minibus to the house on North Street. If the weather is wet, a waterproof coat and wellies are required. Any questions, please see Mrs. Ledsham.
Tuesday
Guitar lessons.
Final Sturton’s Little Starters.
Wednesday
Beach Trip – departure at 8.00am – arrive by 7.50am. School uniform or School PE kit, packed lunch, drinks, sun hats, suncream, buckets & spades. NO SPENDING MONEY REQUIRED. Return for 4.00pm.
Thursday
PTFA AGM at 2.45pm. Several committee members are parents of children in Y6 and will be stepping down. Please come along and support us, the PTFA raise 000’s of pounds that we spend directly back on the children in school.
Celebration Evening 6.30pm – everyone welcome. Awards for children throughout school from F2 to Y6. Children should attend in school uniform.
Friday
No Merits.
Final swimming session will be F2 and Class 3.
5.00 – 7.00pm Family BBQ & Games on the field. A really relaxed, friendly atmosphere, come along and join us.

Monday
PE kits are required in school, the Y6 are leading a ‘mini Olympics session’ for classes throughout the day.
PTFA Disco 6.00-7.30pm. £2 pay in the school office please, price includes a hot dog and drink, other sweets and drinks are available to buy.
Tuesday

Wednesday
Last day.
2.00pm Leavers’ Service in Church. This is a very special service when we celebrate the achievements of Year 6 and say a big thank you and goodbye. We reserve seats for parents of Y6 behind the school group. Could I also kindly ask that when the Year 6 are doing their presenting that younger children who may be making a noise, a removed from Church. It is very important that everyone has the chance to hear what the Year 6 have to say. It does get very emotional and we owe it to the children and their parents to make it as memorable an experience as possible. Thank you in anticipation for your help with this.
After the service, parents can take their children home. Children whose parents are not at Leavers will be kept until 3.30pm as normal for pick up.
