Good afternoon,

Next week will be quiet for the first part, with most of KS2 going on residential from Monday to Wednesday. Class 1 will be taught by Mrs. Gibson and Foundation will be as normal. I will be on the residential and will be in regular contact with school via the office. The children going on residential should come to school as normal on Monday morning but wearing their clothes ready for activities that begin straight after lunch. Bags should be taken up to the school hall, the door will be open in the car park as well. The bus departs at 10.15am. We return to school by approx. 2.30pm on Wednesday 18^th September, when children can be collected straight away. I will post updates and pictures on the @Sturtonhead twitter page which is open and available online.

Menu week 3.

There will be no clubs this week.

On Friday 20^th September we have our Harvest Festival in Church at 9.15am. We will once again be accepting donations for the Bassetlaw Food Bank. Here is link to the list that the charity produce to give you some ideas: https://www.bassetlawfoodbank.org/food-we-need/

The children in Foundation and Class 1 will be taking part in the service as well as a small group from Class 3. Everyone is welcome to come along. Afterwards, we would like to invite everyone back to school for drinks and pastries (the children will join us in the hall too).

Appointment slips for Open Evening (23^rd & 24^th Sept) will be sent out tomorrow, please return them by Wednesday 18^th September at the very latest.
